First Aid/CPR/AED training courses combine lecture, demonstrations and video with hands-on training in a 'practice-while-you-watch' format. And because the American Red Cross is a member of the OSHA Alliance, you can be sure your employees are receiving the highest quality information and training available to help prevent injuries, illnesses and fatalities in the workplace.

First Aid

A four hour class, course participants learn first aid skills for burns, wounds, head, neck and back injuries, heat and cold related emergencies. Participants also learn to manage sudden illnesses, stroke, seizure, bites and poisoning. The class includes a manual and meets OSHA requirements and at completion, students receive a First Aid Certificate.

CPR/AED – Adult

A 4-˝ hour class, course participants learn lifesaving skills for anyone over 12 years old. This includes learning what to do if someone is choking (conscious or unconscious), rescue breathing, CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator. Participants also receive a manual and skills card, useful for reviewing skills after certification and as a general reference. This course meets the ECC 2005 Guidelines and OSHA requirements.

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED - Adult
